These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and OkieBet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming services accessible at https://okiebet.buzz ("the Website"). To register and maintain an Account on OkieBet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:
4.1 Registration Requirements. When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change. OkieBet is not liable for any issues arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. OkieBet will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. OkieBet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. While 2FA is not currently mandatory, enabling it provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.
4.4 Unauthorised Access. You must notify OkieBet's customer support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. OkieBet will investigate any such reports promptly. Any activity that occurs on your Account prior to notification will be treated as having been conducted by you unless there is clear evidence to the contrary.
4.5 KYC Verification. OkieBet may, at any time, require you to submit Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation including a copy of your government-issued photo identification (NRIC or passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and, where applicable, evidence of the payment method used. OkieBet reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. OkieBet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT). OkieBet reserves the right to add or remove payment method support at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. OkieBet does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes indicated in the Platform's payment information section, which vary by payment method. OkieBet will make reasonable efforts to process withdrawals to Malaysian accounts via DuitNow and FPX within minutes during operational hours. Withdrawal requests that trigger KYC verification may be subject to additional processing time.
5.4 Withdrawal to Originating Method. For anti-money laundering compliance purposes, OkieBet generally requires that winnings be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Exceptions may be made at OkieBet's discretion subject to satisfactory KYC verification.
5.5 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Players depositing via cryptocurrency will have their funds converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. OkieBet does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.
5.6 Inactive Account Fees. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. OkieBet may apply an administrative maintenance fee of RM10 per month to dormant accounts after prior written notification to the registered email address. The Account balance will not be reduced below zero.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and special offers provided by OkieBet are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall apply.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion is specifically designated as a "no-wagering" offer, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from those bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) is stated clearly in the relevant promotion's terms.
6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. When a Player holds an active bonus balance, the maximum permissible stake per round, spin, or bet is generally capped. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the maximum bet during active bonus play is MYR 250 per round. Placing bets in excess of this cap while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.4 Game Contribution. Different game categories contribute different percentages toward satisfying wagering requirements. Unless specified otherwise, slot games generally contribute 100%, live casino table games contribute 10–20%, and certain other game types may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely. Specific contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.
6.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds not utilised, and wagering requirements not fulfilled, within the period specified in the promotion terms (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of award) will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's Account.
6.6 Bonus Abuse. OkieBet reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses; placing hedging bets designed to exploit bonus structures; and coordinated exploitation of promotions with other players.
6.7 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds themselves cannot be withdrawn — only real-money winnings generated after the applicable wagering requirement has been met are eligible for withdrawal, subject to any maximum cash-out limits stated in the promotion terms.
7.1 General Betting Rules. All sports bets are governed by the specific sport rules and event-level rules published on the Platform. OkieBet reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets that were offered in error, including in cases of manifest pricing errors ("palpable errors").
7.2 Sports Betting — Liga Super Malaysia & International Markets. OkieBet offers betting markets on Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, and other international competitions. Pre-match and in-play (live) betting markets are subject to different rules regarding bet acceptance timing. Bets placed after the scheduled start of an event may be accepted at OkieBet's discretion and may be subject to void if accepted in error.
7.3 Casino Games — RNG Certification. All casino games offered on OkieBet — including slots, table games, and virtual sports — use a certified random number generator (RNG). The RNG has been independently tested to ensure that game outcomes are random, unbiased, and not subject to manipulation by OkieBet or any third party.
7.4 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer casino games are streamed in real time and are subject to individual game rules presented within the game interface. Results in live dealer games are determined by the physical outcomes of the dealer's actions (card dealing, roulette wheel spin, etc.) and are final once the game round is declared closed.
7.5 Technical Failures. In the event of a game or system interruption during an active bet or game round, OkieBet will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server records. 12.1 OkieBet's Right to Suspend or Terminate. OkieBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) OkieBet suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) your Account is determined to be a duplicate of another Account; (d) you provide false registration information; or (e) required to do so by a competent regulatory or legal authority.
12.2 Funds on Closure. Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, OkieBet reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, any balance attributable to the breach (including all bonus-derived winnings) may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not associated with the breach will generally be returned via the original payment method after the investigation period.
12.3 Voluntary Closure. You may close your OkieBet Account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of voluntary closure will continue to be processed in accordance with normal processing timeframes. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any self-exclusion obligations you have previously established.
13.1 Internal Complaints. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding OkieBet's services, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. OkieBet will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full response within five (5) business days.

13.4 Binding Arbitration. If a dispute cannot be resolved through OkieBet's internal complaints process, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator orders otherwise.
OkieBet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, withdrawal conditions, or player obligations — OkieBet will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account and/or via a prominent in-platform notification.
Your continued use of OkieBet following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and all disputes, claims, or matters arising from or related to your use of OkieBet shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OkieBet's operator entity is incorporated ("Governing Jurisdiction"), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
